Our Mindfulness Teacher Training Course is offered to students in 3 formats:
- Exclusively online
- Hybrid – A mix of online and in-person
- In-person 7-day Retreats
The Online course is particularly suitable for international students and for anyone who is unable to commit to in-person attendance. For our Hybrid and Retreat option, the in-person sections must be attended in person as part of the course requirement.
