PAYMENTS: Deposits will be due by the 28th February 2025 and the full balance will be due by 1st June 2025.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are always non-refundable. Balances are non refundable in the twelve weeks leading up to the start date of the retreat, in this instance from the 21st June 2025. Outside of these dates, 12 weeks or more before the start date of the retreat, cancellations will be eligible for a 50% refund of the balance, in this instance up to and including the 20th June 2025.

INSURANCE: It is a condition of booking with us that all guests must have travel insurance to cover sickness, cancellation or curtailment. Please bring your insurance certificate with you to the retreat.

ANGUS’ FLIGHT DETAILS: Angus is travelling on the Easy Jet flight from Gatwick to Dalaman on Sat 13 Sept at 07.15am. You are welcome to join him – and it will make the group transfer very straight forward! (Just follow Angus).

For the return flight – just book any flight that Rowan at HV recommends. Angus will be staying on in Turkey for a few nights.
